AGM - Logistics Operations - Transmission Line Business

We are looking for AGM/DGM Logistics Operations for one of our reputed Transmission Line Client.

Job Location: Gandhinagar

This role will be responsible for Managing Logistics operational Activities. (Container calling, Documentation/Export/ clearance/ Shipping line/ LSP/ Tracking's/ destination delivery management)

1. Responsible for No penalties, wrt dentations/Demurrage and port penalties

2. Ensure completion of Shipping Documents fm Indian Origin for Tower Shipments.

3. Monitoring shipping Prealerts to be sent In Time to Destination Port.

4. Co-odination with various Deptt for Timely Dispatch of the TOWER Shipments.

5. Ensure smooth operation of Origin / Gateway port.

6. Reporting to Corporate Office for operational / revenue related activities.

7. Monitor TLI Shipment with in BUDGET.

8. Updating in SAP & TRACKING or the various Project day to day basis.

9. Ensure / Monitor of the daily activities of the Logistics team & looking for solution for the Bottle neck.

10. Co-ordination with the Freight forwarders & CHA for various operational related matters.

11. Liaise with ICDs : CONCOR/THAR Terminal for various issues regarding railing.

12. Responsible for Insurance of the shipments with in 3/5 days after shipment effected.

13. 100% Export/ Import/ Cross country shipment Tracking & Attending various queries from Overseas & look for the solution. Sharing complete set of documents with destinatio/site teams as per requirements.

14. Co-ordination with Logistics HO Commercial for various cost and partner related issues.

15. Monitor Overall Logistics/Operational Activities from Gandhinagar for TOWER / BOI shipments.

16. Coordinate with CHA, C&F agents and other external agencies for ensuring timely Clearance & cost effective solutions.

17. Review with Team & guidence,motivations, coordination's and good relations with internal and external stakeholders.

18. Ensure Smooth Clearance at Destination to ensure zero Demurrage/ detention/port penalties .etc.

19. 100% placement of containers as per Factory Dispatch /stuffing plan.

20. Work closer with factory planning team to get advance forecast for next month/ Qtr. and share with Logistics Buyers for LSP finalizations.
