Job description: About Client, fast-growing smart home and lighting company that designs and builds an entire range of smart home products clients are premium and luxury homes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Manage a Team of Sr People and ensure the work procedures, Sales Revenue
2. Develop and Increase the network connections with Architects, Customers, and others to maximize the sales
3. Keep a complete understanding of the business and its competitor's product, solution, price, and technologies.
4. Understanding the customer requirement to the core level and providing the solution
5. Company's aim is to maintain a superior level of integrity in interaction with Channel partners, customers, and professionals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Graduation/PG (Most benefit from any premium institute)
2. Experience in working with Sr Level Architects, Interior Designers, and Builders
3. Min 8 Years exp in Lighting Sales and 3 yrs of exp in Team Handling
4. Excellent communication skills with a pleasant personality
