This requirement is for a leading real estate company.
This role is to closely work with Commercial and Retail business
Job profile includes but not limited to -
- Drafting & vetting of agreements, Sale Deed, Agreement to Sale, Lease, rental, Leave and license, Franchise, Business conducting, Service Agreement for Corporate managed residences and Housekeeping men and maintenance, MOU, LOI.
- Co-ordinating with the panel advocates for all the company court cases and briefing them about the facts of the case.
- Sending Litigation MIS to HOD -Legal, briefing about the pending cases.
- Negotiation with the other party of the Agreement in terms of Clauses and convince them.
- Knowledge of Intellectual property (Patent, Trademark and Copyright)
- Co-ordinating with regional customer sales representative and external Advocates for timely renewal of all company related legal compliance matters.
- Provide timely support to Internal Departments on all legal related matters
- Data maintenance of all the leases and notice of renewal to tenants.
- Registration of lease deeds, issue of NOC`s to Lessees
- Prior lease meetings and negotiations
Must have qualification -
A law graduate with commercial leasing experience.
