AGM - Legal - Manufacturing Firm

- Contract Management- Sales & Distribution Agreement, MOU, NDA and other Commercial Contracts of corporate stakeholders etc.

- Para Legal Activities like Corporate Compliance, Compliance Training, and Compliance Investigations.

- Handling Corporate Litigation (Strategy & Execution) covering 138 Negotiable Instrument cases and related coordination with Sales Team and other business stakeholders, Consumer cases etc.

- Corporate Transaction's handling - M&A, Special Projects, Real Estate Transactions, Labour Matters, other Corporate Advisory etc.

- Handling External Counsels, Regulator, Courts, Insurance Company, Banks.

- Ability to Manage and lead Small Team.
