BNC is hiring for MNC for the position of AGM-Legal-Merger & Acquisition for Gurgaon location

1. Draft, negotiate and review customer and vendor contracts including Master Services Agreement and its amendments and renewals, Statement of Work (SOW), Term Sheet, Change Orders, Request for Proposals, RPF.

2. Provide support for all aspects of M&A activity, including structuring, due diligence, engaging in and reviewing the work of outside M&A counsels

3. Provide legally sound, commercially relevant and timely legal advice and counselling to the Business Units and Functions and its leaders on a variety of legal topics

4. Draft, review and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements including procurement contracts, IFM contracts, F&B contracts, services and consultancy agreements as well as agreements relating to employment, privacy/data protection or lease agreements etc.

5. Develop templates, playbooks and other knowledge management capabilities

6. Effectively management ongoing legal cases, arbitrations and proactively develop and implement legal strategies

7. Build compliance agenda and support compliance or audit initiatives

8. Advising on general business law issues and managing the legal issues of all areas of the company including but not limited to corporate mates

Desired candidates profile:

1. LLB with 12 years experience in legal team in Mergers & Acquisition role

2. Candidates from top law colleges will be preferred
