Job Role : AGM - Land Acquistion

Reporting to : Business Head - Project Development

Location : Mumbai (HO) or Gujrat

Professional Education: Law Graduate (Preferred from Premium Institute)

Experience : Total 10-12 yrs of experience with Industry specific 3-4 yrs of experience

Job Purpose:

- Achieve Project Development Targets especially by acquiring clear marketable title lands at Project Sites with due consideration of Cost & Legality of the lands

- Achieve Project Development Business Targets with due consideration to Quality, time, financial targets as well as satisfaction of Internal & External Customers, which enables the Company meet the Business Plans.

Functional Competencies:

- Expert in Private/Forest/Revenue Land acquisition

- Good experience in Legal compliance, Dispute resolution, Project Execution Support.

Behavioral Competencies:

- Excellent communicator and negotiator. Integrity, commitment, Self-driven, a team worker and Result Oriented Leader

Job Responsibilities :

i. Deal with Project Developers and create project pipeline as per Business Plan

ii. Identify the right windfarm locations

iii. Collection of Land Records to carry out Title Search and Due Diligence.

iv. Regular coordination with Developer for the Land Registration plan.

v. Collection of society NOCs, Village NOC, & all other required permissions & approvals from local authorities.

vi. Process shortfall compliances of the purchased/transferred encumbrance free, clear titled lands.

vii. To provide the vital support to Sales Team for the transfer of land in the name of concerned Customers.

viii. Knowledge about process related to Private, Forest and Revenue land

ix. Acquisition of land in approval areas as per Wind studies and where Evacuation approval is received

x. Handling ROW issues
