Key responsibilities
- Identifying , sourcing and acquiring land/ projects for all real estate formats.
- Preparing Technical / Pre- Feasibility / Feasibility studies of land reports.
- Responsible for Networking with reputed Brokers, Consultants, Architects, PMSs on a regular basis to screen potential new sites and find new avenues of business.
- Responsible for scrutinizing of the revenue documents for Title clearance and facilitation of smooth approval process for the projects.
- Prepare time a progress schedule including financial outlay for project activities, market mapping & strategic projects.
- To identify new development opportunities and project formats
- Scouting and arranging land proposals and conducting title investigation, due diligence with aid of legal professionals
- Preparing financial feasibility & getting it approved from the senior management
- Preparing strategies for land acquisition
- Analysis and review of properties, market positioning & evaluation
- Dealing with Public tenders issued by banks, DRT etc.and private tenders issued by societies.
Experience in Redevelopment/ SRA Projects / Greenfield/ Cessed properties in Real Estate Industry will be a strong advantage.
