1. Gaining agreements on and achieving project goals and objectives, balancing, and managing the project scope (including requirements), schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks. Monitoring the business case during project execution with an outcome-oriented view focusing on the maximization of the project benefits and business impact. Leading diverse project team(s), empowering the team members to become efficient and effective. Building partnerships with the project's stakeholders (both internal and external), leverage them to achieve organizational goals, and able to influence their opinions and negotiate effective solutions.

2. Monitoring project activities, appropriately balancing risk taking and issue escalation and setting up detailed progress / escalation reports (including suggested corrective actions) for the project sponsors and leadership team. Ensure Project Management standards and WoW are adopted as per SoPs. Implement standards, processes, and tools used for effective project management and maintain all project-related documentation and deliverables. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital project management best practices.

3. 12-30 years of relevant working experience, including all aspects of project development and execution, demonstrating outstanding record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology. Understanding of digital technologies, including emerging trends such as AI, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Cloud computing, and Data analytics. Had prior experience in effectively managing and deployed them. Prior experience of managing multiple large-scale projects with a large number of different projects or has been responsible for large projects with innovative/operational character and with a long-term strategic goal, involving multiple business domains within the company and/or external business partners and/or customers.

4. Uses emotional intelligence to build highly effective project teams by fostering excellent cross-functional and cross-business communications between internal and external project resources, guiding, and motivating team members and integrating the work of others to achieve business objectives. Manages internal and external stakeholders, including high-level stakeholders and acts as a seasoned advisor, providing independent opinions on complex problems and novel initiatives, and assists with handling priority issues.

5. Ability to monitor future work to proactively adjust plan and resource focus. Identifies trends and potential scheduling challenges, manages cross-project dependencies within and across the enterprise and leverages metrics and monitoring to proactively identify at-risk projects/programs and strategically escalates well-defined risks/issues/impediments to appropriate decision-makers. Ability to identify program/projects' interdependencies, project/program risks (opportunities and threats) and issues and identifies mitigation actions and drives in fostering a risk environment where considerate risk-taking behavior is encouraged, taking into consideration the balance between risk taking and risk escalations.

6. Experience with MS Project, Gantt charts, Gate Phase methodology and project management tools such as Planview, etc.. Drives daily management and methodical problem solving, embraces a vision for the future by sharing creative ideas and can explain how they can improve our business, serves as strategic contributor to organizational business strategy development with top leaders of the organization and challenges project management ways of working.

7. Recognizes critical project knowledge, values lessons learned, and shares critical project knowledge to the project management community. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to consistently arrive at mutually accepted conclusions. Ability to lead cross functional teams and manage resources by planning, organizing, scheduling, and coordinating the work of others.

8. Proficiency in managing digital projects, from initiation to closure, while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Strong relationship-building skills to effectively engage and manage relationships with project sponsors, executives, team members, and external partners
