1. End-to-End leading of a large project or set of projects to develop a digital system comprising of embedded/application software, sourcing and configuring hardware, cloud provisioning. From the project start until go-live, or internal delivery, by gaining agreements on and achieving project scope and objectives while balancing schedule, cost, quality, requirements and keeping abreast of developments in project management tools and processes as well as technical domain, e.g. agile software development. Manages projects, ensuring execution is in line with project guidelines and directives.
2. Gaining agreements on and achieving project goals and objectives, balancing, and managing the project scope (including requirements), schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks. Monitoring the business case during project execution with an outcome-oriented view focusing on the maximization of the project benefits and business impact. Leading diverse project team(s), empowering the team members to become efficient and effective.
3. Building partnerships with the project's stakeholders (both internal and external), leverage them to achieve organizational goals, and able to influence their opinions and negotiate effective solutions. Investigating customer expectations and responding to their feedback. Define digital project governance frameworks, including decision-making processes and escalation paths. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital project management best practices.
4. 12-30 years of relevant working experience, including all aspects of project development and execution, demonstrating outstanding record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology. Understanding of digital technologies, including emerging trends such as AI, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Cloud computing, and Data analytics. Had prior experience in effectively managing and deployed them. Prior experience of managing multiple large-scale projects with a large number of different projects or has been responsible for large projects with innovative/operational character and with a long-term strategic goal, involving multiple business domains within the company and/or external business partners and/or customers.
5. Able to set and develop strategic direction in close alignment with project sponsors and stakeholders. Organizational understanding and in-depth knowledge of all business/functions, competitors, and market trends and ability to translate this into strategic objectives. Ability to identify program/projects' interdependencies, project/program risks (opportunities and threats) and issues and identifies mitigation actions and drives in fostering a risk environment where considerate risk-taking behavior is encouraged, taking into consideration the balance between risk taking and risk escalations. Recognizes critical project knowledge, values lessons learned, and shares critical project knowledge to the project management community.
6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to consistently arrive at mutually accepted conclusions. Ability to lead cross functional teams and manage resources by planning, organizing, scheduling, and coordinating the work of others. Thrives in a collaborative environment, remains calm under pressure, and builds trust and positive relationships with others. Proficiency in managing digital projects, from initiation to closure, while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
