- Developing and implementing sales strategies: The Regional Field Sales Head is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives and goals of the company. This involves analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth.

- Managing and leading sales teams: The Regional Field Sales Head manages and leads a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. This includes providing coaching, training, and mentoring to the sales team members to improve their performance.

- Managing sales operations: The Regional Field Sales Head oversees all aspects of sales operations in the region, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and customer retention.

They ensure that all sales activities are aligned with the company's standards and best practices.

- Building and maintaining customer relationships: The Regional Field Sales Head builds and maintains strong relationships with key customers and clients in the region to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Qualification :

- 15-18 Years of Sales experience with 10 plus years in Field Sales Handled 100+ people

- Candidates from Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes are preferred

- Preferred Segment - NEET PG Experience
