- Managing the execution of the HR Strategy including Employee Relations, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Workforce Administration, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems.
- Driving the Employee Engagement & welfare activities, developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with the organisation's business goals and objectives.
- Creating and designing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- End to End Talent Management including Performance Management, Talent Development and Succession planning.
- Handling employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Proven work experience of 12-15 years in the managing the end to end HR functionalities.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Opportunity to work closely with the top management leaders
