- Rewards & Recognition

- Spearheading the employee engagement initiatives and brighter living. Engaged in Action Planning of the Employee Engagement surveys and workshops, bridging the gaps between the teams and the managers / leaders, and fun at work cultural activities.

- Managing Talent Acquisition end to end, Culture and Organisation Acclimatization; mentoring new hired to meet & exceed performance targets

- Managing Audits by ensuring NO Non-compliance

- Qualification : MBA
