AGM Human Resources (BPO)

- You will be responsible for leading and executing the recruitment strategy for the organisation & will have a deep understanding of the India & US Market, along with expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles within the sector.

- Also you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment plans, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of the sector.

- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that attract top talent.

- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and legal requirements.

- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings. screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.

- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a high caliber of talent is brought into the organization.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interviewers, and providing feedback to candidates.

- Manage the offer process, negotiate salary packages, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Collaborate with HR team members to onboard new hires and ensure a seamless transition into the organization.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and make data-driven decisions.

- Oversee employee on-boarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization.

- Manage employee relations issues by providing guidance, counseling, and conflict resolution support to managers and staff.

Coordinate performance

- Handle HR-related inquiries and requests from employees, managers, and external partners in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with the HR Team to analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and strategic initiatives.

- Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, HRIS implementation, and organizational development efforts.

- Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA in Human Resources or related field with proven experience in similar role within the India & US sector.

2. Deep understanding of BPO/RPO processes, roles, and skill requirements.

3. Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to attract passive candidates.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

6. Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office Suite, and other HR software applications.

7. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to change and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function,

9. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within tight deadlines.

10. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

11. Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively.
