The incumbent will be leading HR Projects like, Digitization, HR Policies, SOP's, HR MIS, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Retention & Experience. Lead HR for our education business and will assist in HR projects planning and execution for Manufacturing business
- PMS, Trainings, Employee Engagement for the employees
- Employees connect at centers.
- Support in various benchmarking, study, creation of SOPs/Policies
- Coordinate implementation Rewards & Recognition
- Collate Weekly / Monthly HR MIS
- Create Data analytics dashboard for decision making & improvements
- Lead the HR projects (e.g. Social branding thru 3rd party vendor, People Process transformation) implementation coordinating with all verticals and sites
- Lead HRMS finalization and implementation, change management, data migration, users training
- Use HRMS for HR process improvements, cultural change
- Track and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
