Around 15 years- experience, of which 12 years preferably in infrastructure or energy sector company with sound knowledge of compliance.
JOB PURPOSE :
(Briefly describe the general purpose of the position or its significance from the organisation's point of view and how it contributes to the overall mission/objective of the organization).
- To ensure implementation of various HR and IR processes at Hydro project site in alignment with Corporate policies and assist site teams in smooth execution of the projects with HR/FMS support
Implementation of HR Policies and processes :
- Organising site level interviews for the open positions through employment exchanges in consultation with Delhi HR .
- Finalisation of Training needs / Goal sheets /Half yearly /annual PMP reviews
- Monthly HR MIS /Attendance /Inputs for Payroll processing
Compliance management and ensuring 3rd party compliances as per Regulatory and Industrial Laws :
- Ensure timely compliance to all concerned Govt /Statutory agencies regarding Labour laws, statutory compliances.
- Educating and ensuring compliances through contractors under various statutory provisions etc.
- Updating & Monitoring of Statutory Compliance through Compliance Portal, compliance tracker .
- Liaison with government offices to maintain harmonious relations and also achieve statutory compliance
Educational Qualifications :
- MBA/MSW in HR
- Post Graduate Diploma in HR
