We are hiring an AGM-HR, who is responsible for ensuring a company's or organization's smooth functioning. You will be working closely with the General Manager and provide support in various areas of human resources.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the execution of the company's People & Organization policies and programs in the corporate Head Office, so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives
- These program include performance evaluation; organizational development; relocation; employee wellness; HR administration; HR information systems; payroll; communications;
- Also responsible for the evaluation of third-party service contracts and their control
- Planning, coordinating and performing recruitment and selection strategy so those job vacancies are quickly filled, new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization and the candidates selected the best match the needs of the position and the business
- Liaise with area managers to develop and implement local People & Organization strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organizations overall HR strategy
- Ensure the P&O strategy is implemented effectively, within budgets, and complies with all regulations, laws and employment standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a management or leadership role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Knowledge of the industry's best practices and trends.
- Familiarity with financial management principles and budgeting processes.
- Understanding of human resources policies and procedures.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, employees, and external stakeholders.
