AGM - Human Resource - FMCG/Retail/Media/Telecom

Urgently looking for an HR professional with one of the reputed organization in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

- Overall Strategic HR role - Strategic initiatives and decisions management.

- Streamline the existing HR Operations ie, handling the all issues related to employee life cycle management.

- Managing entire HR operations and Strategic part of HR.

- Should be proficient in independently designing & implementing HR strategies.

- Expertise in HR process Innovations, Automation & Enhancements.

Full time MBA HR from tier 1 or tier 2 institute only.
