AGM - HSE

Responsibilities:

- Having detailed knowledge & hands on experience of HSE implementation at Hydro Site / Hydro Power plants / Construction site.

- Able to conduct Behavioural Based Training to implement "SEE THE HAZARD" concept.

- Implement Safety Guidelines & Procedures at Sites.

- Organize Near miss awareness sessions & timely investigation of all reported near misses.

- Prepare and timely updating of Site HSE plan, Emergency Response Plan (ERP) & Fire Safety plan.

- Carryout risk assessment (HIRA & JSA) & safe lifting plan for all construction, installation, fabrication, assembly & commissioning related activities.

- Electrical Safety Assessment & implementation of LOTO.

- Work at height assessment including preparation of Rescue plans.

- Development of Legal Register, obtaining necessary permission/licenses & timely Compliance of statutory requirements at sites.

- Carryout periodic inspections of manual/power tools, lifting tackles and firefighting equipment in powerhouse.

- Conduct toolbox talk every day and regular safety trainings to create awareness.

- Conduct monthly safety committee meetings.

- Preparation of Accident, Incident, Near miss, safety statistics reports and MIS report.

- Conduct mock drills as per the ERP.

- Coordinate with client for various safety requirements at sites.

- Documentation of maintenance records as per ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 and Asset Management formats.

- Qualification : B. Tech (Fire & Safety) + PGDIS from RLI / CLI + 12-14 years of relevant experience in Hydro Sites / Power Plant / Construction site.
