Strategic Support to Sales Channels:
- Ensuring focus on stakeholder management and strong connect with the Sales Leader
- Liaise with Channel Heads/Channel Leads to identify and address talent specific issues - both tactical as well as long term
- Attrition management/Retention - exit chats, analysis of reasons of exit, initiating changes/ suggesting modifications needed in the laid down processes, timely RAG analysis
Employee connects:
- Partner in driving employee engagement programs through proactive and structured interventions
- Induction, on-boarding and post-on boarding connects with new joiners along with regular feedback sessions
- Regular connects with individuals and teams across channels, and with the leadership via formal/ informal catch ups.
- Retention/Exit conversations, analyse the reason for exit and close loop with leadership and managers
- Address grievances and concerns & closing the loop. Issue escalation as the case maybe.
- Proactive check-ins on the general employee well-being, engagement levels and intervene actively when necessary
Engagement
- Facilitating employee engagement initiatives across locations for different channels based on the deep dive/analysis of employee engagement survey results, leadership & employee connects, exit conversations
- Driving quarterly/monthly employee engagement / team effectiveness platforms
HR Processes
- Managing T&D, R&R, Performance Management (goal setting, mid-year and annual assessment) and talent management across channels
- Partner with the managers to address performance gaps and facilitate discussions/processes to assess appropriate action
- Guide Line Managers on all aspects of performance management including feedback and performance coaching
- Sharing the HR trends intelligence for people review meetings and support with inferences that help make people decisions
