Monitor the deliverables for quality and controls  - Change Management: Initiate, design and support implementation of new systems and bring about process efficiencies and meet regulatory requirements.  - Liaising with the middle-office to understand the bookings and flag any potential issues  - Explanation of reported PnL in terms of risk position and the spread movement.
