Position - Head Industrial Relations
Location - Rajasthan
Mandatory Qualification - MBA HR / MSW - Full time Course
Key Skills :
- Experience Hard core experience in Industrial Relations especially handling multi union and LTS and legal cases.
- Sound subject knowledge: Best IR practices
- Excellent communication skills outstanding organizational and leadership Skill.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Strategic planning, result oriented.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workforce in the manufacturing plant including compliances for different categories / statutory compliances.
- Design strategy and set goals for growth and meet the Business Targets: - ensure availability of all category of manpower i.e. FTE, contractual / causal etc.
- Ensure cordial relation with union and management and maintain conducive work environment "external and internal"
- Able to lead, negotiate and timely closure for Long Term Settlements based on productivity.
- Able to manage all the legal cases i.e. pending labour court cases especially at the High Court.
- Able to manage all administration - Security, Housekeeping, Horticulture, canteen, OHC, time office, salary process etc.
- Able to drive CSR activities.
- Able to ensure employees engagement, employee welfare, skill up-gradation and career path for blue collar (s)
- Able to handling all grievance and all works committees and sound process knowledge: "Showcase notice, Domestic inquiry and Chart sheet"
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses personnel cost.
- Coordination with all stake holder for matters related to Manpower and their engagement.
- Set an example for team members of commitment, work ethics and habits and personal character.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management
