JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Purpose (describe why does this position exist):

- Responsible to create, obtain and provide best financial deals to the Dealer Finance Manager for helping customers obtain the financing medium to purchase the vehicle of their choice. To ensure INF limit availability to new dealers and regular limit enhancements to existing dealer network as & when required.

Team Size : Inter-department Stakeholders External Stakeholders

- Sales Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, Parts & Services, Legal, Financial Institutions, Dealer Network


3. Skills and Knowledge:

Highest Educational Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream

Relevant Experience:

- Minimum 10-15 years, working with OEMs handling banking relationships or have worked with financial institutions especially in automobile finance.

- Overall Experience 15 years

- In-depth knowledge of automobile finance / car loans both from a retail & INF perspective

- Excellent working knowledge of MS office

4. Key Accountabilities (main tasks expected from the position):

1. Driving the retail finance penetration in coordination with partner banks & dealerships - Rolling out Retail finance plans via Dealer bulletin.

2. Responsible to set Dealer Drawing Power and Sanction limit for stock. Arrange for Dealer meetings and announce the sanctioned & Drawing power criteria.

3. Ensure robust governance around SOT & Overdue resolution. Establish and enforce Cadence. Manage the quality of dealer network portfolio w.r.t. timely clearance of overdues and resolution of issues pertaining to retail & wholesale finance. Ensure Robust Dealer Stock Audits.

4. Propose white label / strategic tie-ups with business case.

5. Monthly / Quarterly update to be filed for APAC regional team for India Business & Industry
