Position - AGM Government Affairs
Location : Delhi
Key Responsibilities :
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related degree with prior work experience in PPP Consulting / Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of tracking relevant tenders from subscription based / open source / government run e procurement portals
- Demonstrated projects experience of working with different departments under Government of India.
- Experience of driving complete proposal preparation with online and offline submission on
- Government of India eprocurement portals for Central ministries, State governments, Public, sector undertakings
- Hands-on experience of eprocurement bid submissions, coordination with key departments, eprocurement helpdesk for queries resolution
- Prior knowledge of drafting and submitting proposals for PPP (Public-Private partnership) projects by responding to active tenders
- Effective on-ground coordination with internal and external stakeholders before and after Pre Bid meeting for healthy response to government tenders
- Analyze long-term market trends for the purpose of providing recommendations to leadership and management across the business in regard to business development opportunities
- Experience of analysing Project P&L, Cash flows and IRR and provide recommendations on financial feasibility of the projects
- Assists departmental leaders and managers in driving and optimizing improvement of key value levers that will give the business a sustainable competitive advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS office tools - word, excel and PowerPoint presentation
- Good written, verbal communication skills.
