Qualification :
- Graduation in any stream. PG Specialisation in Hotel Mgt, travel-tourism &/or diploma in IATA or aviation related course would be preferred.
- 10 tom15 Years of Relevant exp in corporate sales preferably in the travel or hospitality industry is required.
About The Role : MICE Sales
AGM / GM Sales role is a dynamic position that requires a strategic and detail-oriented professional to lead and oversee various aspects of MICE sales. A key aspect of the role is negotiating with vendors and suppliers to secure business and enhance profitability.
Responsibilities : MICE Sales
- Conduct research work to actively identify and engage with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through targeted lead generation and networking activities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations that effectively showcase our travel services and demonstrate their value to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the Business Head.
