Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand Management:
- Develop overall brand strategy, annual plan, and budgets across the various geographies
- Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of impactful brand campaigns
- Help drive measures & initiatives across the customer journey to elevate brand experience and build customer advocacy
- Implement key projects/initiatives on the brand's annual planning calendar
Portfolio/Launch Management:
- Lead the launch process for key projects/land parcels in the portfolio
- Collaborate on the development of the project strategy, conceptualization, positioning, and GTM to drive a successful launch
- Create a compelling campaign that is successfully & timely executed based on project differentiators, market understanding, and customer needs
- Work closely with Sales & Business Strategy to ensure business targets for the launch are achieved
Collaboration and Team Management:
- Keep the team aligned to overall objectives, monitor their performance and ensure that they consistently achieve set goals
- Provide guidance to the team leads based on own experience and industry knowledge and support skills/ capability building
- Consistently work with peers & cross-functional teams towards to drive the brand & business objectives
- Leadership development and retention of the team
Qualification: MBA / PG
Practice and Other Requirements: 10+ years of work experience, proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns & managing brands
