Ideal candidate should be MBA/ MSW in HR and Industrial Relation
15+ years experience in handling HR and IR in large manufacturing Company at Plant level.
Sound knowledge of labour laws, ESIC, PF, Minimum Wages, Employment Standing Orders Act, Trade Union Act,Industrial Dispute Act etc.
Prior experience of handling trade union and signing long term settlements.
Experience in Human Resources & Industrial Relations - includes, end to end Industrial Relations, Manpower planning, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management System, HR Budget and Statutory compliances under various labour laws in India.
Strong in Relationship Management, Communication Skills,
Age should not be more than 50 yrs.
