The primary objective of this role is to manage the Performance Management, Total Rewards and HR Automation for the Group. The job responsibilities include but is not limited to:
Reward and Benefits
- Lead and provide strategic direction to the development of pay, reward, recognition and benefits strategies to ensure the adoption of best practice.
- Ensure reward and benefits strategies (both monetary and non- monetary) and policies and reporting are legally compliant.
- Develop and lead the implementation of related policies and procedures and systems to support the growth of the company and delivery of People strategies.
- Lead and Provide expert advice to the leadership on annual remuneration processes ensuring the processes are fair and equitable and in line with the reward strategy.
- Ensure regular benchmarking and market related pay research is undertaken whenever necessary.
- Maintain oversight to Payroll operation and ensure payroll is processed in line with local statutory regulations.
- Must have knowledge on payroll and payroll related compliances.
Performance Management
- Ensure the company have best practices in performance management framework that aligns to expected behaviours and recognition and the Organization strategic objectives.
- Lead the annual Performance management process and ensure it is effectively communicated to managers and staff.
- Lead and manage the implementation of Performance Management tool.
Systems and MI
- Provide leadership and direction to the introduction of a new HR system and ensure data accuracy in the new HRIS tool.
- Define and implement a strategic approach to HR data analytics for HR and the business.
- Keep abreast of the external environment and ensure the HR systems continues to be compliant as per India Statutory laws.
Candidate Requirement -
- 5 - 9 yrs. exp for premium institute candidate.
- 10 - 15 Yrs. exp for non-premium colleges, good institute.
- Strong Functional Knowledge - Thorough understanding of Compensation and Benefits concepts, advise Organisation on best practices.
