- Our client of repute who are into manufacturing of UnCrewed Aerial Vehicle and Drones has a job opening for AGM HR/ GM HR.

- The company has pioneered the drones space in India. It unlocked the collective imagination of the nation with its early prototype, in the movie "3 idiots". It leads the Indian market as the largest player in the domain with focus on Security & Surveillance and Mapping & Surveying.


- Its drones have completed over 200,000 missions by its customers and are utilized today at the rate of an iF drone taking off every 6 mins or less. All the Indian Defence, Central & State Police forces, several Govt. Departments, PSUs and Industries use its drones on a daily basis to either help secure our nation or boost productivity.

- Having built the entire tech stack by itself, 'iF' is known for delivering autonomous drones that promise best-in-class performance and reliability. 'iF's' drones are 'Built like a Bird, Tested like a Tank', to ensure that its systems can survive almost any terrain, altitude and weather conditions in the Indian subcontinent. Job Description :

- Candidate would be responsible for developing a strategic human capital plan which ensures that associate compensation, professional development, talent acquisition and retention are all aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.


- He or she is also responsible for integrating HR policies into the company, succession planning and developing a positive employer brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

HR Strategy :

Job Title : AGM/ GM HR & Admin Reporting Manager: VP Operations

Experience Range : 15 to 18 yrs.

Qualification : MBA HR

Preferred Certifications : Talent Management / Leadership Development

Job Location : Navi Mumbai

- Strategizing and leading all people development interventions for the organization which will include selection, assessment, coaching, individual development planning, talent review, succession planning and associate development programs

- Strong understanding of Business to define short- and long-term HR plan

- Focus on Digitization of HR processes and frameworks to drive efficiency

- Strong capability to enhance the Employer Brand

- Build strong long-lasting relationship with all the stakeholders and partner with them to address

People issues :

- Inculcate a culture of recognition and drive Rewards and Recognition

- Develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition

- Strategies and implement plans for making the workplace happy and positive

- Decision making based on HR metrics

L&D :

- Driving the culture building exercise and playing a critical role in strategizing Learning & Development interventions to strengthen the people capability.

- Ensure functional capability framework is implemented and proper tracking is done to map ROI for the functions

- Leading & driving performance management process with a focus on designing performance matrix including and not limited to setting right KPI/Goals, capability building, competency mapping and compensation benchmarking.

- Supporting the development of high potential associates at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent

- Talent Management-

- Strong exposure in hiring leadership teams

- Build the HR team capabilities for quality and timely talent onboarding

- Build culture of Job Rotations and cross-functional learnings

Administration :

- Head the administration of Plant and corporate office

- Vendor Management

- Optimum utilization of resources and creative approaches to control costs

IR & Compliances :

- Keep abreast with the changes in the Statutory norms

- Mentor the team to self-manage the compliances

- Build and implement robust HR policies

- Enhance existing HR operations

- Connects with Local bodies

- Customers; Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels with different vendors and consultants.
