AGM/GM - Finance - CA

- Arranging long term funds for the group in form Project Finance, Corporate Loans, Terms Loans, Working Capital , Private equity and Bonds/ Debentures

- Liasoning with institutions / banks / investors for raising funds and managing fund based/non fund based facilities.

- Investor & Shareholders Relationships & liasoning

- Mergers & Acquisitions, Due Diligence and Valuations.

- Capital Budgeting, Divestment, Project Assessments for management

- Cashflow & Liquidity management, Cost Control

- Managing all Credit related activities - drafting credit proposal, analysis of business models, Disbursement of loan, security creation, documentation, disbursement

- Preparation of Business plans, Financial models, Project Reports, Information memorandums, presentations, CMAs

- Handling credit ratings and liasoning with agencies

- Contribute to the business plans of the Company, submit recommendations and action plans

- Liasoning with regulatory authorities, valuers, financial advisors, various professional agencies

- Commercial evaluation & assessment of Legal Contracts

- Engaging with Legal professionals & counsels for various matters including loans, M&A . shareholder agreements and other corporate documentation

- RBI & FEMA compliances

- Handling legal matters of Company at NCLT, High court, Arbitration panel and other legal platforms

- MBA Must

- CA Preferred

- Infrastructure Background is preferred
