AGM/GM - Communication & Marketing

- Responsible for Global Marcom activities i.e. 360- Marketing and Branding Activities, Marketing Collaterals Development, Marketing Communication, Service Marketing, Digital Marketing, CRM, Seminars and Exhibitions Management, PR activities, Print Media, & BTL for US & India Office, subsidiary companies in export market.

- Responsible for all digital marketing activities, strategy formulation and implementation i.e. expertise of handling B2B Digital Marcom agency, Content strategy, Planning, execution and monitoring of all digital activities i.e. Digital ABM, SEO, SMO and campaign execution, Google Ad, Email campaign, WhatsApp campaign, Digital adv., Website analytics tools i.e. Google analytics, CRM, Lead generation and management.

- Generate, continuously enhance, and monitor progress of lead generated through all funnels and continuously strive to identify new ways of lead generation inclusing project inquiry. - Keep a close eye on competitors' product promotion and positioning strategy and prepare action plan for the same.

- Market research for understanding consumer segmentation, identification of untouched & lapsed - regions, customers & applications, connecting digitally with them to Sales team for generating leads.

- Regular customer feedback/interview for understanding consumer insight and brand perception survey.

- Understand competitors' product's SWOT and analysis of our products' SWOT analysis.

- Equip sales team with regularly upgraded sales tools and collaterals for effective sales pitching.

- Responsible for BD, Test marketing of new services, Finalization and implementation of business plan for new services. Identification of new customers for these services, lead generation, finalization of first orders with few customers in each region, technical support and training to sales team for converting more orders.

- Responsible for mergers and acquisitions for enhancing the service base.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA with 15-20 years of experience in progressively challenging marketing & communications positions with a BPO/ITES Industry.

2. A very good understanding of digital marketing- seo, ads, and SMM, content marketing, product marketing, services marketing and lead generation is a must.

3. Experience that includes marketing strategy, brand strategy, internal and external communications Extremely adaptable to change and ability to execute quickly, leveraging a team. Digital Media Competencies.

4. Experience applying insights to strategies that deliver business outcomes.

5. A proven track record in project management.

6. Experience in growing revenue into new markets, understanding competitive landscapes and developing go-to-market strategy.

7. Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple, cross-functional projects with often tight deadlines and many stakeholders.

8. Exceptional stakeholder management & Influencing skills across Business Development Services team to deliver consistency.

9. Strong organizational and time management abilities Creativity and commercial awareness.

10. Expertise in formulating, testing and implementing client experiences for specific outcomes in the context of a large, matrixed organization.

11. Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).

12. Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends).

13. Strong communications skills, both written and oral, ideally with experience working across multiple countries.
