AGM/GM - Commercial Leasing

- To identify, plan & execute commercial leasing of groups various commercial / IT / Retail properties.

- Formulate, develop and implement leasing strategies of assigned properties .

- Maximize revenue & achieve optimum occupancy level for the groups various commercial / IT / Retail properties, through an effective leasing strategy designed to achieve the right tenant mix

- Channel development and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners and acquiring new lines of business

- Conversant with terms and conditions for the leasing and selling.

- Drafting and Negotiating the Lease Agreement & closure of same by registering before commencement

- Developing location specific agreement drafts (Letter of Intent, Lease Deed or Leave & License, etc).

- Conversant with IT Tech Park related leasing work.

- Co-ordinate with various departments viz. Legal, Planning and Civil Engineering for timely execution of leasing of malls & other commercial properties review, negotiate

- Should have knowledge of Build to Suit (BTS) of the IT Buildings.

- keeping Brand mix & category mix profitable for achieving the targeted rentals

- Conduct inspections & ensured physical facilities are kept in optimal condition by implementation of various essential preventive maintenance programmes

- Events agencies tie ups and preparation of events & promotions calendar.

- Conceptualizing Marketing & advertising plan along with Brand building strategy & action plan.

Requirement

Any Graduate or MBA (operations) with relevant years for experience in Real estate & Construction industry
