Department: SalesReporting to: Reporting to VP - SALESBrief Description of the Role: Responsible for customer acquisition while managing sales and distribution in the assigned territory.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:- Sales forecasting and planning in the assigned territory
- Meet targets for customer acquisition, recharge billing, and market reach as per sales plan.
- Ensure appropriate sale channels contribution and its proactive expansion & effectiveness.
- Infra build up and business-driven by D2C channels
- Sales Trend analysis for formulating strategy / Tactics in the marketplace.
- Spreading the business on A/B/C classification of customers to ensure high ARPU
- Man Management of the sales team to ensure a highly motivated Team.
- Provide timely and structured feedback - from trade/ customers/ competition.
- Manage Trade marketing budgets.
- Identifying training needs for team members and DSRs / ISD.
- Custodian of company's policy and procedure in the assigned territory.
Education: full-time MBA Experience: Minimum 10-11 years of relevant experience
