EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 6 to 8 yrs; Expertise in Execution and Business Development (Real Estate Developers and Institutions)
- Excellent financial modeling, presentation, and negotiation skills with a demonstrated track record of managing diverse stakeholders.
- Track record in pitching for and winning Institutional Business
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Financing
Key Responsibility:
- The candidate will be expected to work across the spectrum of Capital Market services viz. land monetization under various structures, capital raising for developers and asset sales for developers/ institutions
- The Disposition Product is Land, Office Buildings, Real Estate that can be redeveloped, or sourced from corporations, Banks, ARCs, Landowners, etc.
- The funding product ranges from LRD, Construction Finance, and Structured Finance, and targets will be primarily Developers and Asset Owners
- Handling the entire pitching process to get appointed ranging from sourcing to meetings, making pitch presentations and securing mandates
- Handling the entire service delivery process to the client post appointment with the guidance of the Mumbai Capital Markets Director
- Generate Client Instructions or Mandates for an appointment for Disposition of Institutional Investment Grade Real Estate, Land and Fund Raising
- Ensure individual revenue budget is met.
