Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AGM/GM in Capital Markets to join our Business Development team in Mumbai. The role focuses on deal execution and business development across various capital market services. This includes land monetization, capital raising for developers, and asset sales for developers and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Capital Market Services: Work across a spectrum of capital market services, including land monetization, capital raising for developers, and asset sales for developers and institutions.

- Disposition Products: Manage disposition products such as land, office buildings, and real estate available for redevelopment. Source these from corporates, banks, ARCs, landowners, etc.

- Funding Products: Handle funding products like LRD, construction finance, and structured finance. Target primarily developers and asset owners.

- Pitching Process: Oversee the pitching process from sourcing to meetings, making pitch presentations, and securing mandates.

- Service Delivery: Manage the service delivery process to clients post-appointment with the guidance of the Mumbai Capital Markets Director.

- Client Instructions: Generate client instructions or mandates for the disposition of institutional investment-grade real estate, land, and fund raising.

- Revenue Targets: Ensure individual revenue budget is met.

Educational Qualifications: - MBA, CA, or CFA

Experience Required:

- 6 to 8 years of expertise in execution and business development within real estate and institutions.

- Proven track record in pitching for and winning institutional business.

- Excellent financial modeling, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of real estate and financing.
