AGM/GM - Brand Marketing

We are looking for an AGM/GM - Brand Marketing with a Top Brand

Location - Mumbai, Santacruz East

Key Role & Responsibilities

- Lead All targeted marketing communications Campaign

- Drive marketing communications for the brand's varied portfolio which cuts across various genres. Also, deliver revenues by creating a contact for each of these values added services

- Develop go-to-market approaches for various marketing priorities that will help drive revenue along with cross-functional teams (content, commercial, sales, etc.)

- Develop 360-degree campaigns from strategy development to tactical execution (including live shoots, AV/ trailers, animated films, E-mail, SMS, and print).

- Responsible for end-to-end execution of campaigns from agency briefs to creative development, media planning, campaign execution, and measurement.

- Drive brand consistency across marketing assets

- Create and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns; regularly monitor to understand the effectiveness of strategy and creativity, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Bring big ideas to the table, obtain buy-in and effectively and efficiently implement ideas at scale

- Onboard, manage, and drive the performance of marketing agencies

- Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and best practices; test and evaluate their efficacy

- Work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment, where multitasking while maintaining quality and attention to detail are the norm

- Deliver results with a strong bias for action in an ambiguous environment

Education:

Graduation + MBA from a premier institute

Experience:

- 8-12 years of Consumer Marketing/Brand Marketing in Media/FMG/Content marketing companies.

- At least 4-5 years experience in content-based marketing communications for a media or other company

- Must have had experience handling a team

- Experience in developing large-scale campaigns
