AGM/GM - Banking Relations

- Maintain strong Relations by establishing, nurturing, strengthening & retaining relations with all Lenders including RBI to enable sanction of loans , NOCs, Approvals, Documentation and release of funds / Disbursements.

- Develop & strengthen relations with

- All Lenders Banks & FIs)- Upto GM & ED level

- RBI -GM & ED levels

- Key functionaries in Stock Exchange & SEBI

- Security trustees and

- Rating agencies based out of Mumbai

- Dealing with RBI matters pertaining to Company for Various regulatory approvals, Information to SEBI & Stock Exchanges

- Understanding the key issues with lenders, provide suggestions to the Corporate Finance teams in providing the suitable clarifications in getting desired approvals

- Ensuring Valuation reports for various properties of the Company to facilitate requisite Financial sanctions (based on Valuation reports)

- Involve in strategizing the approach toward resolution of critical issues with Lenders

- Need-based support in all regulatory matters.

Relationship Management:

- Arranging appointments to all the Top Management from time to time

- Arranging protocol to various heads of Banks & FIs at Delhi & Hyderabad Airport

- Greeting all the heads and key functionaries of various lenders across the country.

Support in preparation of Group exposure:

- Corporate Purpose

- Sharing the lender wise exposure to the internal stakeholders

- Support in preparation of monthly Corporate Finance News letter

- Other matters assigned from time to time viz .collection of info on various products of Bank
