AGM - Finance & Tax - BPO/KPO

AGM-Finance & Tax for a leading MNC into BPO/KPO for Gurgaon

- The candidate should have 5-7 years of post qualification experience in Finance & Tax. Should be CA with strong  experience in tax matters (Direct, Indirect Taxes and allied Regulatory Matters).

- The person should have good leadership skills and should be capable, knowledgeable and have the aptitude to handle broad areas of Taxation and Allied Regulatory matters and a team of 4-5 qualified professionals.

- He should have relevant experience and expert knowledge about Transfer Pricing, Assessment/Appellate Procedures, International Taxation, VAT/Service Tax Provisions and Tax compliances in India.

- He should have experience in legal interpretations, research and drafting/ reviewing of legal submissions.

- He should have experience in appearing before Senior Tax Authorities with confidence and independently.
