Qualification : CA / MBA-Finance

Experience : Minimum of 5 year of experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Reporting) / Management Reporting function (MIS)

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage and analyze business information & KPI's

- Participates and facilitates cross-functional team meeting and training to solve recurring issues

- Ensure assistance to implement the recommendations and solutions for Business segment

- Communicate and present analytical findings to the management team

- Implement and analysis data to create Business Review template, inflation & other reports

- Identify process improvements to streamline date collection and report generation

- Lead/Participate in different Group & Business planning, budgeting- internal projects & monitoring.

- Quarterly forecast and monitoring performance Vs actual.

Skills/Expertise :

- Ability to adapt to and learn different ERP platform & tools

- Ability to lead, motivate, and direct a workgroup (local and remote)

- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills

- Good interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals and departments

- Good organizational skills that support multiple lines of business in a time sensitive environment

- Strong ability to work with both remote teams such as regional Finance & operations team

- Strong attention to detail in supporting management reporting with clear and concise data analysis and presentation

- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

- Excellent Excel and other office application knowledge

- Knowledge of Hyperion will be added advantage
