Key Accountabilities:

- Responsible for Financial Accounting , Auditing and Statutory Compliance

- Preparation of Cash Flow Forecasts , Investment Model etc.

- Monitoring and preparing Fund flow on regular basis.

- Preparing the Investment plan

- Keep track of Financial Arrangements.

- Reports to Management based on Remittance , Cash flow forecast and Treasury report.

- Responsible for entire finance activity.

- Responsible for Financial reviews and all forms of reporting.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Qualification

CA / MBA (Finance) with minimum 12 years of experience in Big Audit Firms , banking or financial industry , service industry with at least 7 years' supervisory experience .

Skills:

Able to work independently and under pressure , strong analytical , communication and interpersonal skills.
