AGM - Finance Controller & Compliance (BPO/ITES)

- Develop clear understanding of key business drivers, analyze key financial metrics, provide value add analysis, support to sales / finance management.

- Partner with finance / business management teams, identify and track appropriate performance measures, key performance indicators and associated drivers.

- Oversee & deliver all IGAAP and other compliance financial reports (i.e. weekly, monthly and quarterly, as necessary), along with necessary analysis

- Managing all expenditures relating to facilities and delivering regular cost forecasts and variance analyses

- Developing annual operations and capital plans

- Partnering with leadership team to influence financial and operational productivity and mitigate risks

- Building out new and improving existing finance processes to ensure data integrity and efficient analyses

- Providing financial analysis to prioritize and lead cost reduction efforts through the development of financial models

- Sourcing, analyzing, and reporting quantitative data; perform ad hoc analyses

- Analyzing trends, formulating projections, and evaluating savings initiatives

- Assist in developing monthly/quarterly financial reporting (actual and forecast) and annual budgeting

- Provide fact-based insights into variances and trends

- Educating, communicating and partnering with local business leadership

- Oversee & Deliver reporting packages including Income statement, Balance sheet reconciliations with detailed schedules

- Work with cross functional teams like Finance planning and tax to provide support and adhere to compliance

- Build relationship and liaison with third party service providers, external auditors, group auditors and statutory auditors

- Manage process consistency and service quality relating to such reports and supporting analysis

- Review performance metrics and consistency of service levels

- Review standard procedures and identify process standardization opportunities across processes

- Establish and recommend best practices to leadership team;

- Build and maintain the COE at local level to support accounting functions such as AP, AR and GL.

- Coordinate with other CoE leads to determine best practices and standard technology

- Manages projects or programs; may lead cross functional teams

- Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes milestones to meet objectives

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

- CA/CWA with Minimum 10+ Years of Experience in Finance & Accounts & Exposure to Indian GAAP, Management reporting, financial accounting, Taxation Accounting, Vendor Payables, etc & compliance preferably in IT Services/IT Enabled Services industry

- Experience of dealing with External Auditors, Internal Auditors and Statutory Authorities

- Excellent communication skills, analytical & numerical ability

- High performing individual with strong business sense

- Team player, should be able to create synergy and interact with, cross functional teams

- Should have strong knowledge & capabilities of budgeting, forecasting & review process

- Excellent presentation and communication skills and experience of working with top management

- High performing individual with strong business sense
