Key responsibilities:

- CA with 10+ years of experience in Working Capital Management & Project Finance.

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators:

Finance Strategy:

- To support the strategy formulation by SBU F&A Head for Debt raising & Working Capital in Gas & Liquid SBU.

- To implement entire Debt raising and Working Capital for G&L SBU - structure, negotiate, documentation

- Ensure timely preparation of AOP - AOP

- Debt / Working Capital Sanctions

Financial reporting:

- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in adherence to accounting standards and standards of corporate governance.

- Oversee monthly MIS reporting, receivables follow-ups, payment of taxes etc

- Implement and maintain finance & accounting systems in alignment with statutory requirements

Working capital:

- Forecast working capital requirements of the SBU and manage funding through appropriate channels .

- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for raising fund and non fund based finance to meet working capital and Capex requirements, at best possible costs

- Responsible for building a vibrant team, managing succession planning, developing the second line and improving the competency levels of the overall team
