AGM FNA Operations
- Transition and setup of new projects for the company at client location as well as in-house.
- Interface with the HO and all HOD’s for resolving pending issues.
- Maintaining a healthy client relationship with all customers of the company.
- Involved in Costing of projects and submission of proposals when needed.
- Optimum staffing of processes which is to be done as per the agreements with the client.
- Adherence to quality procedures and implement the same in accordance with ISO standards.
- Adherence to the agreed SLA’s.
- Understanding of Infrastructure requirements for processes & coordinating internally to ensure the support infrastructure is available to the team.
- Plan and manage interim resources
- Provide weekly progress site report to the HOD.
- Accountable for timely completion of projects and exploring opportunities for productivity improvement/ Operations efficiency.
- Should have BPO experience in Domestic F&A verticals
- Excellent Domain Knowledge especially statutory compliances like TDS, Service Tax, and VAT and like wise
- Should have handled a large team and also multiple clients
