AGM - Exports/Imports - Conglomerate

A Large Conglomerate if hiring an Exports/Imports professional for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

- Clearance of Import /Export consignment by SEA /AIR through Nhava Sheva & Mumbai Port: To ensure timely filing BOE with customs , duty compliances & ensuring to meet all necessary documentation with correct assessment of customs duty & smooth clearances.

- Airport protocol/VVPIP Movement - Ensuring to meet periodically with concern officials of customs international & domestic arrival/departures for liaisoning along with related authorities i.e CISF, airlines & GA Terminal services. Attending meetings with department heads & concerns for smooth facilitation on our airport VVIP movements.

- Compliance with Respect To DGFT: Ensure all compliances to be done under foreign trade policy Registration & redemption of New EPCG License for procuring Capital Goods, to enable organization to procure material at concessional rate of custom duty. Filing and ensuring for redemption of EPCG Licenses. Updating for new changes in FTP and ensuring FTP benefits

- FTP Benefits & AEO Authorization Ensuring that the unit should take all. AEO duty deferred BOE authorization of all import arrived under various Ports

- Ensure that the team has clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities as well as their targets.

Skills/Exp:

- 10 - 15 Years exp in Import/Exports

- Graduate + PG degree in Exports/Imports from a good Institute

- Knowledge of foreign trade benefits like MEIS & others. Monitoring for EPCG, MEIS, RODTEP, DBK credit against export shipment

- Knowledge of New EPCG License for procuring Capital Goods

- Exp of Customs duty exemption process
