AGM - Engineering Projects - Manufacturing Industry

- Cost Estimation, project budgeting, quantification and review of BOQ

- Responsible for scheduling of the project and co-ordination between all discipline of engineering, project consultant and other concerned functions for completion of the project in totality with special focus on schedule, cost, quality, safety standards.

- Review the progress and quality of project deliverables on a regular basis to ensure On-Time Delivery

- Deciding strategies for project implementation within required parameters

- Define communication plans for projects

- Evaluate/Identify Resource, determine work of team members

- Review of technical specifications.

- Review of technical bid evaluations

- Formation of installation, testing & commissioning procedures

- Provide leadership and direction to a team of project engineers

- Drive the performance evaluation process for the team and Create a performance driven team

- Understand and handle statutory requests for Projects

- To integrate latest manufacturing technology from Co. and from other sources

- To initiate measures for augmenting production and productivity of plants

- To provide technical and managerial guidance to third party vendors

- To initiate measures for saving of energy and other utilities in manufacturing processes

- To optimize utilization of land available at plant locations

- To ensure compliance with relevant laws of the land and corporate governance in the matters under this position

Requirements : -

1. BE / B TECH- CHEMICAL/MECHANICAL, Have handled engineering / project for at least 2 projects .

2. Should have good understanding of various engineering standards , quality , safety requirements during engineering and construction

3. Should have good understanding of engineering " process " for projects

4. Should have good awareness of statutory requirements for projects.

5. Should have very good knowledge of SAP .
