Urgent position - Head E-commerce - Pune - Consumer Durable Industry

Role : Head eCommerce

Level : AGM

Reporting : VP Marketing and eCommerce

Location : Pune

Role Description :

- Add momentum to the scale up of the eCommerce channel through marketplaces to deliver profitable growth in the channel Number oriented and has the ability to discuss and implement growth strategies in partnership with the marketplace business.

- Must have the ability to strike relationship right at the top along with all levels with all partners across the E.com spectrum

- Should be well versed with content development across platforms and must bring in best practices for the brand to stand out on partner platforms

- Demonstrated & High degree of paid media understanding to be able to leverage the medium to connect and engage with consumers

- Demonstrated ability of leveraging digital assets to communicate brand proposition in the relevant TG

- Must have a deep and thorough understanding of the pricing value chains

Candidate Background :

- eCommerce Channel experience at Head/Head-1 level in a ecommerce role in a consumer facing product setup with a minimum of 6+ Years of eCommerce experience

- MBA from a premier B school preferred

- Growth mindset with the ability to think big.

- This being an evolving channel, penetration currently is low, and the scale up opportunities are unprecedented vs other channels Must have the ability to develop and implement analytic modelling for the Business- Pricing Tools, Competitive benchmarking, penetration levels and forge partnership to stay ahead of the growth curve As the channel has a high VUCA Index, must have the maturity to navigate/reorient to maximize growth opportunities in the fast growing space.

Must have a deep understanding of the ecosystem & growth levers of the E.Com channel to be able to build organizational capability.
