- Responsible for business and market development and scope out opportunities for growth and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share
- Maximize growth and accelerate the rate of new customer acquisition
- Gain market intelligence and competitive landscape mapping to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Sets sales policies to ensure the overall brand impression is positive and cohesive
- Innovate and activate key launches, campaigns, and collaborations with marketing and digital for impactful brand presence leading to business
- Measure, manage and report eCommerce sales and ROI activities and make adjustments as necessary
- Develops and cross-functionally (Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance) execute comprehensive online sales and eCommerce Business Development Plans
