Responsibilities:
- Lead the E-commerce P&L division, specializing in GTM strategy, Terms of Trade negotiations, JBP, and Performance Marketing, ensuring Channel top line growth and ROI optimization.
- Develop GTM strategy for e-commerce, focusing on Marketplaces and e-pharmacies, while securing favourable Terms of Trade and JBP agreements with top customers.
- Collaborate with internal Marketing Teams to drive Performance Marketing and Digital activations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for event-led activations and business hygiene.
- Negotiate Promotions/Activations with e-commerce buyers and analyse promotional effectiveness and customer POS data to identify strategic initiatives.
- Ensure optimum service levels through effective Demand Forecasting and coordination with Internal Supply chain and Customers, organizing Top to Top Meetings with key customers.
- Innovate activations for display/search word optimization, penetration drive, and retention, while maintaining strong relationships with e-commerce customers and monitoring key performance metrics.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track off-take, traffic, impressions, and conversion rates, managing investment and returns drivers to maximize ROI, and leading a team of KAMs for e-commerce operations.
- Should be a key decision maker in his dealings with E-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart and others.
Preferred Candidate:
- Holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Sales & Marketing (Open to Tier III B-schools)
- Requires a minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience focusing on Channel sales and performance Marketing.
- Must have worked in an FMCG OTC Organization, demonstrating expertise in driving/managing e-commerce channels.
- Alternatively, experience as a Category Manager or buyer on a leading platform is acceptable.
- Experience in TOT negotiations, JBP, Team Management, and driving Digital/Performance Marketing activations is essential, particularly on platforms like Amazon or E-pharmacies.
