Hiring for AGM Direct Taxation for Captive Shared Services Company @ Mumbai. Must have experience in renowned large scale manufacturing companies with a strong understanding of leading practices and SAP experience of taxation processes. Experience - Minimum 10 Years with Team Management experience. qualification - CA.

Please find below the Job Description :

- Manage overall performance of the Taxation process by providing strategic and operational leadership, ensuring effective service delivery, maximum client satisfaction, and team management.

- 100 % compliant for TDS (Payments and returns)

- Responsible for Tax Audit (Planning and execution)

- Constant update according to changes made by the council (Finance Ministry)

- It should be quickly converted to the changes mentioned by the council into rules and implement through SAP within the control environment.

- Develop and deliver SLAs and ensure that operational processes and procedures are followed. Measure and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a timely and accurate basis.

- Represent the process in company and governance meetings and with business stakeholders.

- Develop reports and Governance to ensure accuracy of all items processed in the system

- Initiate and ensure execution of continuous improvement and/or re-engineering projects to assure progressive service levels and lower costs with the use of automation/digitization.

- Ensure timely identification and reporting of risks. Need to develop Risk matrix and mitigation thereon.

- Ensure effective people management and development, including staffing & selection, integration of new staff to teams, facilitating technical/ functional training, measuring individual and team performance, providing feedback and managing people issues

- Monitor team performance and ensure that SLAs and KPIs are achieved in the area of operations

- Ensure adherence to all statutory and legal requirements and keep updated with the latest developments
