AGM/DGM - Working Capital - Business Conglomerate - CA

Hiring for AGM/DGM Working Capital for Leading Business Conglomerate in Mumbai. Must have good exposure in long term, short term finance, banking relationship, hedging, forex transactions. 

Qualification : Qualified Chartered Accountant .

Experience : 9 Years - 13 Years.

Please find below the job description :

CC/WCDL :

- WCDL with bank, including sending requests for withdrawal

- Capex payments from the term loan coordinating with commercial and plant finance team;

- CMA report / reports for rating agencies,Net debt, etc

- Monthly Interest payment for term loan to consortium

Fund Management :

- Daily cash management

- Raised short term borrowings commercial papers/pre-shipment/post-shipment finance

- Calculation of Drawing Power and its allocation

- Arrange bank guarantees/SBLCs including amendments and keep track of all BGs

LC :

- Keeping records of all LCs opened (both capex and opex) and tallying with bank

- MIS of all domestic and overseas LCs (including calculation of total cost)

- Liasoning with procurement team for opening LC (both domestic/international). Monitoring the same, amendments, acceptances payments etc

- Checking the LC charges with actuals /flagging off discrepancies

FX :

- Keeping records of all fx transactions done - exports/imports including roll over

- Assigning fx contracts to export /imports

- Export bill discounting

1. MIS of all export bill discounted

2. Follow up with mktg team to ensure customer pays LCBD banks on due date

3.  checking interest charged by banks on bill discounting

4.  In case of freight payment informing taxation for 15 CA/CB and also front office for hedging

5.  Track LCs received by advising bank.

CAD payment :

- Liasoning with commercial for CAD payment

- Informing treasury for hedging

Investment Management :

- Investing surplus funds in FD/MF and maintaining record of the same. (invst/redemption)

FEMA Guidelines and RBI Compliances :

- Ensure compliance for all foreign exchange transactions, ODI, ECBs including taxation angle

- Submission of returns on ECB, Annual Performance Report etc.

- Exposure on Foreign Exchange, Hedging strategy and forward contracts
