Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract candidates from reputed colleges.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design effective recruitment plan for talent and intern hiring.
Talent Development:
- Sustain and improve organization leadership development programs to groom high-potential employees for key roles.
- Sustain and improve Human Capital Program to groom potential talent for key roles.
Succession Planning:
- Lead the development and implementation of succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for critical roles.
- Identify and nurture high-potential employees for future leadership positions.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and individual development plans.
- Provide guidance to managers on effective performance feedback and coaching.
Talent Analytics:
- Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent management programs.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Analyze issues related to talent category in the Group companies, design and implement solutions for them.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align talent management strategies with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to build support for talent management initiatives.
